Solhaga Stenugnsbageri (Stone Oven Bakery)

At Solhaga Stenugnsbageri, the jams and marmalades are made from scratch, the pain au chocolat is made with real butter, and the buns and breads use only the finest flour from the local mills of Halland.

In a red wooden house in the heart of Slöinge lies Solhaga Stenugnsbageri (stone oven bakery. You won’t find anything artificial in what they bake here; the emphasis is on real, honest-to-goodness ingredients.

You’ll find all manners of breads, buns, croissants, cakes and other sweet pastries here. And the coffee comes from the café next door – Slöinge Kafferosteri. In the summertime, the bakery transforms into a garden café where you can enjoy the warm sun on your shoulders as you sit amidst lush green surroundings.
