Ekoteket Hallandsgården

The summer café in Hallandsgården is a timeless local classic. It’s has been serving freshly baked waffles for over 90 years now.

Hallandsgården is an open-air museum that was founded in 1925. Their tradition of serving waffles with jam and cream lives on. Today, you can also enjoy soup-of-the-day, waffle with shrimp, pastries, sourdough sandwiches and ice cream. Everything is organic and they source their ingredients locally. Drop by, sit under the old birch trees and enjoy the delicious food with gorgeous views of Halmstad and Laholm bay.
